"Material Facts Matter"
In a legal case, material facts are the ones that are essential to deciding the question at hand. So it is only logical that when material facts are presented at trial, they be included in the judge's ruling. But what can we do when the facts in evidence are ignored because they undercut the judge's own personal views? I'm a conservative Republican running to be Tennessee's next U.S. Senator so we can restore honesty and integrity to our courts here at home and around the country. I hope you'll join me in the fight, because a better Tennessee makes a better America.
